FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Do your therapists travel to us? Yes. We arrive at your premises fully equipped — professional massage chairs, clean linens, and everything required to create an appropriate treatment environment. No preparation is required from your side beyond providing the space. Can the session length be adjusted? Yes. Understand that not all teams have the same needs, for this reason we can structure a programme that combines different lengths for different members of your team. We will discuss what is most appropriate for your group before the day. Are your therapists qualified? Every MORE Massage therapist holds a recognised qualification in massage therapy and has been trained specifically for corporate wellness delivery. We are a practice, not a staffing agency — our standards reflect that distinction. What if our team is distributed across multiple floors or locations? We are able to deploy therapists simultaneously across different areas of a building or across separate sites. When you make an inquiry, please provide details of your layout and we will plan the deployment accordingly. How far in advance should we book? We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for larger events or bookings requiring multiple therapists. For multi-therapist bookings, we recommend at least 3 calendar days' notice to allow us to coordinate therapist availability, equipment, transport and event logistics. Last-minute bookings may also be accommodated within 24 hours of the requested service time, subject to therapist, equipment and transport availability. A last-minute service fee may apply depending on the timing and requirements of the booking. Can we combine different session lengths for different staff? Yes. A number of our clients choose a structured programme — shorter sessions for the broader team and longer treatments for individuals in more demanding roles. We will work with you to design something that is appropriate and manageable within your schedule. Do you work outside the Cape Town CBD? Are we Yes. We service the greater Cape Town area, with travel fees applied according to distance. For locations beyond 30 kilometres from the CBD, a specific travel fee will be quoted based on the requirements of the engagement. What distinguishes MORE Massage from other corporate wellness providers? We are a therapeutic practice with an established reputation in Cape Town. Our therapists bring the same standard of care to your office that our clients experience in our rooms. We also offer something that few providers do: the option for your team to come to us, upon arrangement. What should our staff wear? No change of clothing is required. Our therapists work directly on the neck, shoulders and upper back through regular work attire. Your team simply sits down and returns to their desk when the session is complete. Do we need to prepare anything? Nothing beyond providing a space. Our therapists arrive fully equipped — professional massage chair, clean linens and everything required to deliver the session. We set up, we work, and we leave the space exactly as we found it. How much space is needed? Very little. A quiet corner, a meeting room or any available area of approximately one and a half square metres per therapist is sufficient. If you are unsure whether your space is suitable, simply describe it to us when you enquire and we will advise accordingly. Is the massage painful? Our therapists apply considered, therapeutic pressure — firm enough to be effective, never more than the individual can comfortably receive. Your staff are encouraged to communicate their preference at the start of the session and our therapists adjust accordingly. Can all staff participate? In most cases, yes. Clients who are pregnant, recovering from an injury or managing a specific physical condition are encouraged to inform the therapist before the session begins. Our therapists are trained to adapt their approach or advise when a treatment is not appropriate. Is there a travel fee in addition to the service fee? No travel fee applies to clients within Cape Town City Centre or within 5 kilometres of our premises on head quarters. Beyond that radius, a fee of R150 per additional 5 kilometres is charged and confirmed at the time of booking. What is the minimum booking duration? All sessions are subject to a minimum booking of two hours per therapist. This applies across all three service tiers — The Moment, The Deep Reset and The Leadership Experience. What is the deposit requirement? A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. For groups of fewer than 20 people, the balance is due on the day of the session. For groups of 20 to 100 people, the balance is due 48 hours before the session. For groups of more than 100 people, a deposit of 50% is required on confirmation and the balance is due seven days before the session?
