Cancellation Policy

At MORE Massage, every appointment is intentionally reserved just for you. Our therapists prepare in advance, our space is set with care, and your time is held with intention. To honour this time and ensure fairness to both our clients and the flow of our schedule, we kindly ask that any changes to your booking be made within the timeframes below. 48 hours or more before your appointment 🌿 Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice will carry a 10% administrative fee, which covers payment processing costs and the administrative impact of reserving time within our schedule. 24 hours before your appointment 🌿 Cancellations within this window are not eligible for a refund. Instead, the full value of your booking will be converted into a treatment credit valid for 6 months, allowing you to rebook when it suits you best. Less than 24 hours before your appointment 🌿 Late changes significantly impact our schedule and availability. Cancellations within 24 hours will be issued a 50% credit valid for 3 months. No-shows 🌿 When a client does not attend their appointment without notice, the booking is considered a missed session and no credit will be issued. Late arrivals 🌿 We understand that delays can happen. To honour the clients scheduled after you, your session will still end at the originally reserved time. This ensures that every guest receives the experience they booked. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without communication, we may not be able to proceed with the appointment and it may be treated as a missed session. A note from MORE Massage 🌿 We understand that life happens and plans may sometimes need to change. For this reason, we always aim to remain as understanding and accommodating as possible within our booking structure.
